ClickFused AI SEO Framework: Use assistants to accelerate SEO research, briefing and quality checks while keeping factual decisions and publishing under editorial control. The output of this workflow is a reviewed page and change log, rather than an unchecked pile of drafts.
For an SEO team using automation in its production process. Unlike the AIO guide, this guide focuses on how the team works, not a specific Search feature.
Before you start
- Verified business inputs and source material
- An existing page inventory and actual customer questions
- A reviewer who can approve factual and technical changes
Step 1: Start with a limited input pack
Provide the business scope, audience, existing URLs and available evidence. Remove customer personal details from exports used in external tools. Define what the assistant may suggest and what requires review. Missing facts should remain questions.
Keep this output: A reusable brief with a clear boundary.
Step 2: Research the reader task
Ask the assistant to organise real questions, then inspect current primary sources yourself. Choose a service page, guide, comparison or support page based on the task. Never treat suggested keywords as measured demand without a real data source.
Keep this output: One page purpose and a documented source list.
Step 3: Draft from evidence, not memory
Give each section a reader question, proposed answer and source. Add your own useful explanation or worked example. Google’s guidance stresses original usefulness; simply expanding source text is not an editorial contribution. Preserve unresolved claims for the reviewer.
Keep this output: A concise draft with traceable material claims.
Step 4: Run separate content and technical checks
Review facts, attribution and task completion first. Then inspect headings, links, indexability, structured data and mobile behaviour. Lighthouse can help with technical auditing, but its score does not prove content accuracy or guarantee a ranking.
Keep this output: Two checklists, with an owner for every unresolved issue.
Step 5: Publish a reviewable change and measure
Keep the previous version and a description of what changed. Check the published page rather than assuming the editor preview matches it. Track relevant search traffic and qualified enquiries with comparable date ranges. Refresh stale facts when the source changes.
Keep this output: A live-page check and a dated change record.
A worked example
Illustrative task: update a guide to choosing a website developer. Give the assistant real scope options and an old page export. Ask for missing buyer questions, then write a short decision table and check it against the actual service. Do not insert a claimed success rate because a draft suggested one.
Copy-and-paste prompt pack
Copy one prompt below into your preferred assistant. Replace the square-bracket inputs with approved facts or anonymised data. Review the answer against its sources before using it; these prompts prepare decisions and do not execute account changes.
Prompt 1: Create the evidence brief
Reader task: [paste]. Approved facts and sources: [paste]. Existing URLs: [paste]. Produce a concise outline with the answer, evidence and example needed in each section. Identify possible overlap with existing pages. Mark unknowns; do not fill them in.
Prompt 2: Review the draft in two passes
Draft: [paste]. First identify unsupported claims, fabricated specificity and unclear attribution. Second identify missing instructions, repetitive sections and confusing language. Return a short fix list ordered by reader impact. Do not add new facts.
Prompt 3: Prepare the technical handoff
From this page HTML and audit notes [paste], list heading, link, image, indexing and layout issues that can be demonstrated. Separate confirmed defects from checks requiring access. For every proposed change give a pass condition and rollback note.
The improvement loop
Brief → draft → evidence review → technical review → publish → inspect → measure. Stop the loop when the page meets the reader need; repeated rewriting without a new problem can introduce mistakes.
Practical tips and troubleshooting
- Keep source URLs beside claims during editing.
- Ask for missing inputs before asking for a longer draft.
- Use a small editorial rubric consistently; do not call it a Google quality score.
Validation checklist
- The page fulfils a specific task.
- Material claims and examples are correctly attributed.
- The published page works on the intended devices.
- There is a named reviewer and a useful measurement plan.
